Yes. Occupancy is tracked per shift, so one physical seat can serve a morning student and an evening student without conflicts — that is how most study halls maximise revenue per seat.

Can I charge more for AC seats?

Yes. Mark any seat as AC and set a separate AC fee per shift. The correct fee is applied automatically when you assign the seat to a student.
