Seat Booking

A seat booking system your desk staff will actually use

Seat booking for a study library is not like booking movie tickets — students keep the same seat for months, across shifts, at different prices. Libly's seat system is built for that reality: one visual map, per-shift occupancy and pricing, and automatic release on expiry.

Free forever for up to 20 students. No credit card required.

Sound familiar?

  • Whiteboard seat charts erased and re-drawn daily
  • Two students sold the same seat in the same shift
  • AC seats priced the same as regular seats by mistake
  • Expired students blocking seats you could resell

Libly fixes each of these — here's how.

Book a seat in one tap at admission

During admission, the seat map shows exactly which seats are free in the chosen shift. Tap a seat, and it is booked to that student with the correct fee applied automatically — AC seats carry their own per-shift price.

Per-shift booking multiplies your capacity

Each seat can be booked independently per shift, so one physical seat serves multiple students a day without conflicts. The system makes double-booking within a shift impossible.

Automatic release and re-booking

When a student's plan expires, their seat is flagged and freed on the map so you can rebook it the same day. Moving a student to a different seat takes two taps and preserves the full history.

A map that mirrors your floor

Arrange seats in the dashboard to match your actual layout — rows, sections, AC zones. Colour coding shows free, occupied and expiring seats at a glance, live on every device.

Included in every Libly plan
