Can students book seats themselves online?

Seat booking is operator-controlled — you assign seats at admission so pricing and placement stay correct. Students interact through the public QR check-in page for attendance, which needs no login.

How does per-shift seat booking work?

Each seat's availability is tracked per shift. Booking seat 10 for the morning shift leaves it available for the evening shift, and the system blocks double-booking within the same shift.

Can I charge different prices for different seats?

Yes. Seats marked AC carry a separate per-shift fee that is applied automatically when the seat is booked. Regular seats use the standard shift fee.

What happens to the seat when a student's plan expires?

The seat is flagged as expiring/expired on the map and released for rebooking. You can renew the student to keep their seat, or book it to someone new immediately.
